i agree...rumph sucks. i don't know anything about the wr from wash, but i don't think rumph was going to make the team. hopefully our draft picks will work out for us this year.

if you look back when we were good, we made the superbowl right after a good draft.

94' we drafted three starters and won the superbowl
1. bryant young
2. william floyd
3 lee woodall

granted we already had a very good team and i think we also picked up ken norton jr that offseason but do not underestimate the power of the draft.

hopefully nolan will get rid of all of our former bad picks and bring in some talent. i am glad that they have concentrated on offense first because it takes longer for an offense to jell. i think once nolan can dedicate a draft towards def with his background we will get some studs. i am not sure why we passed on ahmad brooks in the supplemental draft. this guy looks good for the bengals and we could have had him for our 3rd round pick next year.

i can't wait for the season!

Rumph was horrible. He missed like 4 tackles againt the Bears. He was also getting burned by the Bears thrid string WR's. Could you imagine what Fitz and Boldin would have done to him week 1?
