Every time I try to make a pic and try to put it in my sig, it says it is too big. The size is around 35kb. How can i lower it to 12 or under? Any help is highly appreciated.

post it, someone should be able to downsize it for you ;-D

After you finish making your sig just go to file>save for web... once you are there save it as a JPG and continue to lower the quality until it is 12kb or lower ;-D
