KJ and Chester I have no problem with, and could end up being good picks in 4th round.

I would take them in the 4th for sure, but my original post was about in rds 1-2. Some people are so adamant on taking rb's in the first two rounds, they are reaching for these guys.

I will not draft DD, JJ, or Dillon this year. DD is going to be injured all year, JJ will lose his job immediately when he gets injured, and I dont want to play the Dillon injury report game.

I have been supporting Portis since January. I cannot make a case for him after his recent injury. I'll still keep him in my league, but I could not argue with anyone about his upcoming performance. Saunders a BIG +... RB shoulder injury a BIG -

I'd take Portis off that list. Taylor will be good, but he is no 2nd round pick, so by default I guess he comes off the list too. Rest of list is very good IMO. Nice list.

I just dont feel confortable with these guys in the first 2 rounds. Am I crazy ?

Taylor - Agree. Maybe its the fact that he's a former Raven, but I just dont have that much faith in this guy. His preseason performance tonight was very unimpressive.

Portis - Strongly disagree. The separated shoulder shouldn't affect his status in the regular season, and he is still amazingly talented and has Al Saunders to get him the ball a lot.

KJ - Agree. I just don't see what's so different about this year. With Mad Man Martz running the offense, who knows how often they run?

Dom Davis - Who else isnt down on him with his injury?

Edge - Sorta mixed. I do agree he will be a disappointment, but not so much as to knock him out of the first round. I would take him late first round, but no earlier.

Addition:

Julius Jones - Injury prone, and with a talented back playing behind him. I expect Marion Barber to take the job from him when he gets injured and never get it back.

This is insane. KJ has proven nothing except that he can get hurt, and suck. Edge has rocked pretty much his whole career. His current team may not be quite as good as his last team, but he will absolutely outproduce Kevin "I lost in my FF league because I drafted myself" Jones. Now, if the only reason you say this is because you think he will be drafted too high for you, AND you have a viable option besides, then I'll say okay. See the word viable. That is the opposite of Kevin Jones. It says so in Webster's, just added this year.

Portis :-? Edge :-?

The others are legit. concerns... I won't be avoiding them, per see, but I can't fault you for doing so.

I might drop Portis below Tiki and S-Jax now in redraft due to the injury, but no farther. (which would put him just ahead of Edge.) Both Portis and James are still First-Rounders though.
