Fantasy sites and scheduling?

Does anybody here know of a good league site that I could use for my fantasy keeper auction league? I want to set something up that would show salary prices and allow me to make it a keeper league. I also want a separate auction format for free agents. Finally, I would like to manually create a week in the schedule and set it up as a rivalry week, where I can use that week to put two "rivalry" teams against each other and offer prizes for winners of their rivalry games. Do you know what would be a good site where I can do all of this? Thanks.
