The problem is the o-line and Aaron "let me take this call" Brooks. Gallery is turning out to be a f'n bust. If the Raiders can get that line into some sort of shape and start Andrew Walter, Moss will shut all the naysayers up. That being said, I'd take Randy in the third. The later third. After guys like SS, TO, CJ, Holt, Fitz, and Harrison.

I just find it odd that the very same thing can be said about TO (hasn't had a full season in the past 4 years), yet that doesn't stop people from ranking him above CJ, Steve Smith, Fitz, Holt, etc.
Personally, the Raiders o-line worries me, but Randy is still 3rd round value. Late 3rd, but still I'd take him over Roy Williams, Darrell Jackson, Javon Walker, maybe even Hines Ward.

However,he should be able to make at least one athletic play or two (think jumping over DB to caach the ball). He makes one of those a game (plus one or two cheap screens a basic catch that gets him to about 70 yards. If he stays healthy all year, that's 1100 yardss right there. If Moss stays healthy, that's his low end. His high end is up around 1600 yards, which would put him easily in the top 5 WR.
From the Monday night game I saw that Moss still has those incredible hands (making that leaping out of bounds catch), and his speed is still there.
He does tend to break down as the season goes on (so does TO), but he's going in the 3rd round and I think that is a solid enough time to grab him.
I think he is a solid enough #1 WR to have on your team, especially if you drafted a top RB or two, or a RB/QB tandem.
WR's often have struggled in their first year with a new team. A QB change for him doesn't exactly help (nor does a change to Aaron Brooks) but it wouldn't shock me at all to see him have a huge year. It's not like his skills are gone from what I see.
I mean, he did finally get in the end zone last week. It's still a little early to panic. None of the Top WRs have been Stellar besides Holt. Santana had one good game, CJ has a couple mediocre ones, TO has been ok, Steve Smith missed games, Hines Ward has been poor the last 2 weeks,
