You can't put a .bmp file on the net. It has to be either a .jpg or .gif image. If you have Microsoft paint, open up the picture, then choose "Save As." You can save it as the same name, but change the extension to .jpg or .gif. Then upload the pic to what ever site you want, alot of people like photobucket.com and then post the pic here.
