$150 Fantasy League (Smokin Deal)

I joined a $200 league. 7 people have joined a 10 team league. I noticed that they are now selling the remaining spots in our league for $149 instead of $200. Im not quite sure how that works. It looks like if you join....you still get the pot if you win even though you're investing less than the rest of us. I just need more people in the league so we can play for a bunch o money.
