The black border's separating everything look a little too abrupt, especially with them near the smooth BG at the top. Try playing with layer masks and gradients to make each part of the image fade with each other. I'm also not big on the plastic wrap on him, looks kind of wierd. A little too much brushing for my liking too, but not bad.
