Horrible. You should just quit graphics... and life for that matter.
It's solid, but try making the text something like "A new era has begun" instead of what you have now. Also, the red/yellow flares on the left side seem too vibrant, but that's not really a big deal.
im not really one to preach about texts, cuz Im pretty bad with em' but, I don't really like the font you used for "Phillip Rivers" the other font looks really good, but I just didn't like the other one, and even while the pic of rivers you blended in of his face, looks good, it's kinda wierd, but all in all awesome sig.
