League is hosted by CBS, it is a competitive league. Entry is 220. 100% will go to payouts.

• 15 Rounds.
• Draft robot not enabled - no time limit between picks.
Player Pool: AFC and NFC Players.
Positions: QB, RB, WR, TE, K and DST.
• Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before gametime for each player.
• Owners may set lineups.
• Add/drops are handled by a waivers process.
• The waivers process runs everyday until the season starts, at which time the process will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Dropped players remain on waivers for at least 1 day(s).
• Trades are subject to a 1-day voting period, where at most 7 objections are allowed. Trades receiving more than 7 objections are sent to the commissioner for approval.
• No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 PM ET 11/14/06.

Plus 2 points for a FG of 50+ Yds
FL - Fumble Lost, Including ST plays -2 points
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points
PaInt - Passing Interception -2 points
PaTD - Passing TD 6 points
Plus 2 points for a PaTD of 50+ Yds
PaYd - Passing Yards 0+ PaYds = 1 point for every 25 PaYds
Plus a 2 point bonus @ 300+ PaYd
Re2P - Receiving Two-point Conversion 2 points

Plus 2 points for a ReTD of 50+ Yds

Constitution: There will be no tie breaking procedures for matchups tied during the regular seaon.
To determine play-off eligibility and seeding,
First Tie breaker: head to head matchup;
Second Tie-breaker: totals points scored in regular season;
Third Tie-breaker: total points against in regular season (against is better, that is, whatever wins you had were on the average against tougher opponents); and
Fourth Tie-breaker: coin flip.
The top 6 teams make the play-offs, with the top two teams getting byes -----
Week 14: Team 3 vs. Team 6; Team 4 vs Team 5
Week 15: Team 1 vs. winner of Team 4 and 5 game;
Team 2 vs. winner of Team 3 and 6 game;
Week 16: Winners of Week 15 for championship and runner-up
Losers of Week 15 games for 3rd and 4th place
Everyone included in the league is here because of previous experience either in this league or in general dealings with the commissioner or other owners. Accordingly, all owners are expected to compete fairly and diligently throughout the season regardless of record.
