standard rosters/rules?

my league is a bunch of fantasy baseball guys branching into football.
current league is:
14 teams h2h
17 roster spots: 1QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1K, 1 DEF, 8 BENCH (we eliminated 2ndQB and WR/RB starting spots after week 2 because starting talent is so thin)
scoring categories are yahoo default

what are the usual roster spots/scoring categories for most h2h leagues?

I think my league is a little wack, but the league I am in has 8 teams, 18 players on each. We start 1 qb, 1 rb, 2 wr, 2 wr or rb flex positions, 1 pk, 1 d. We score 1 points for every 10 yds recieving or rushing, and 1 point for every 20 yds passing. 6 poins for every rushing or recieving td, 4 points for every passing td.

2 of the 4 leagues I'm in are pretty messed up too. They are way to heavily weighted to RB's (for example, a rushing TD is worth 10 points and a receiving TD is only 6). Is it just me or does that not make sense to have the TD's that occur most often be worth more than the rare ones?
