Starcraft is still near and dear to my heart, I played that game for years in it's prime. Warcraft/Warcraft II are classics, Age of Empires series has always been fairly enjoyable for me as well.

I still dabble in Warcraft III every now and then (mostly to play DOTA) but i'm still waiting for a really solid RTS to come out as there hasn't been one in quite awhile.
