in fact the farve led bengals would look worse than the bengals did after palmer got hurt vs the steelers in the playoffs last year with kitna. id take kitna every day of the week over farve and 10x on SUNDAY

Either the most exaggeration I've ever seen or the most ignorant statement I've ever seen.

His name is Favre, not Farve!

Wow, what are you basing all of that on? Nothing. Indeed Favre is getting old, both he is much more reliable then some of those QB's you've mentioned. I think Favre has proven himself during his career that he can get it done. He had a bad year last year, but I think his team has gotten better and he will do better this year.

anyone who says that favre is the worst starting qb shouldn't be an nfl fan because they simply aren't paying attention. for example, have you seen aaron brooks play?

i think TO would disagree.

ask kurt warner how much fun it is to have no blocking.

also threads with all caps are the worst threads in the world.

Favre is a legend. He's got one of the best arms in football, he's the toughest QB that has been in the NFL for as long as I can remember, and he's a great leader and all around guy off the field. He's got an awful team and he tries to win games all by himself, which is why he gets so many INTs. He knows they wont win unless he takes risks. Why take 50 sacks and lose for sure when you can take a chance to win the game even in double coverage? I'm glad he's back this year as I love to watch him play. T.O, Randy Moss, and other Diva WRs have all stated how great they think he is. TO even said he wished he had Favre throwing him the ball instead of McNabb. Thats shows me a lot when selfish players like Moss and Owens can give him his due respect...though for some reason you're not able to. Hmm.
