I was hit somewhat. I started Culpepper and Portis on two separate teams but I still might win both games.

Ouch

Postby BayAreaFootballFan! » Sun Sep 28, 2003 5:14 pm

Agreed.

Let's see, i'm in 4 leagues.

league 1- toomer and keyshawn BYE
league 2- toomer and williams BYE
league 3- toomer and robinson BYE
league 4- toomer, robinson, mcmichael, hasselbeck, hilliard, ronde barber, BYE

league 4's the worst because it wa sjust started so i can't pick people up off FA in time to start them, so esentually i'm not playing 2 WR, 1 TE and any DB. However, my QB, 1wr and 1rb so far have scored 6 touchdowns (mcnair, chad johnson and stephen davis) so I think i'll actually WIN that game shorthanded!!!

yea, I had the following today:

qb-Mcnair 3 td
wr-MOss 3 td
wr-Stallworth (tonight)
wr-C johnson 2 td
rb-Priest
rb-S davis a td (now)
te-D Grahm
wr/rbL Gordan Td
Def-Balt
K-Reed
I think I am going to be around 110-120 points. I think might be my guy by 80-90 points. He had garcia, s. Alexander, and a couple other guys.

In my 12 team league with CPepp out, Carter for a replacement did not much for me at all.

In my 16 team league, Portis took the week off and Barber was my other back. There were NO backs on waivers, so I was stuck with Gary and Burns - 3 points TOTAL from them.

I am still leading in both games though, so let's see what tonight brings.

i am on the verge of becoming 3-1....Culpepper, Rickey williams, Brad Johnson (only backup on bye made me get Blake who sucked) Hilliard, toomer....all on BYE and i am down 47-59 i still have a chance with Driver and Greenbay D tomorrow...it aint over till the cheese head sings.

I did well this weekend

QB McNabb
RB Jamal Lewis
RB Fred Taylor
WR Randy Moss
WR Kevin Johnson (K.Rob BYE)
WR Ashley Lelie (J.Smith suspended)
TE NOne (droppsed D.Clark so I could pick up a D)
K Vinatieri
D Indy (Seattle bye)

I am definitely winning my match this weekend

that's 2 straight and I am now 2-2

Its your own fault if you got burned by Portis, Edgerrin, or Culpepper. All the benchings were announced before the 1:00 kick off, should have been more dilligent checking the info on them. I benched portis and Edgerrin for Zerowue and Hambrick, and on I roll to 4-0 and 3-1 in my other league. bwhahahahahah

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

QB - Maddox, McNair
RB - Portis, Zerowue, Anderson, Griffin, Candidate, L.Jordan
WR - Moss, Moulds, D. Jackson
TE - Heap
K - Aaron Elling
Def - Chiefs
The only thing we have to fear is.... another injured Denver RB!!!!!!!!
