Before the play, I was thinking there's no way they'll go for it. Most coaches are far too afraid of the fallout of such a call if it doesn't work out...

That one might be the most BALLSIEST play, but I gotta go with Drew Brees's TD catch from LT. It was probably just because he doesn't get too many opportunities, but you could tell Brees wanted the TD bad, diving in the dirt like that, then running over to the ref, hell, it looked like he wanted to put the guy's hands up for him. Good stuff.
