As if the simple embarrassment of it isn't enough, the is also the issues of no background check: This isn't his first offense, he was fired previously for startlingly familiar circumstances. And there is the little hardass coaching philosophy. They let go their second best DL because he didn't toe the company line. Now it would appear that there are different standards for his staff.
I know Marinelli's rules are you practice in pads, I can only assume that driving in clothes would be one as well.
