How does Yahoo determine which players are to be added to the "Can't cut list"? I'd thought they only put big name players on that list or players who're league leaders in their respective positions, but when I last checked, I see guys like Deuce McAllister, Joe Horn, Tom Brady on the list and that really baffled me. Seeing Brady up there really caught my eye, and I was wondering if anyone knows how Yahoo picks out which players to be added to the list.

It's currently based only on last years stats. The list is updated a couple times through the season and people who have been stinking it up like Aaron Brooks will be removed and people who have been going off, like Toomer probably, will be added. Don't ask me how often its updated. I don't know
