I think you have every right to complain (not to change it though because you knew about it before the draft) Kick return yards shouldn't help a fantasy team

He has no right to complain about rules that he agreed to before the draft. If he does he's a poor sport. Would he be complaining if Welker was on his team?

hy are there bonuses at all. I have never ever understood them or played with anyone who thinks they are a good idea? Just leads to an even further abstraction away from real game performance (which isn't good).

In moderation (say a bonus worth = or less than a TD for a tough-to-reach benchmark like 150yds rushing) they can be interesting but they are a bit un-balanced if not handled properly...

10 bonus points is a little excessive, but if that's been the rule before the draft, nothing to complain about. You should have drafted Welker.

I think its fine to complain, just dont expect them to change. Scoring in fantasy leagues are a very complex thing, and much of the consequences are seen until weeks start scoring out. Just make sure you not them for next year.
