I thought the pass protection looked pretty solid for most of the game. Even Madden commented on it a few times...

I don't know about that. It could be my fear for my starting QB's life, but it seemed like he only had time to check down on three or four passes and he only looked deep two times that I counted. I also noticed three instances where he had to scramble to avoid the sac after a three step drop. I like Madden for humor and all, but Bret Farve wasn't in that game so I'm not sure how much he paid attention.

Brees loses stallworth and now Culpepper with has shaky start. Not looking too great for me.

I want some salt with that pepper dammit! Yea, Cpep sucked it up, some passes looked horrible. I guess just gonna have to sit back for next 3 weeks relax and see how he does.

Culpepper looked sloppy, but so did Chambers.

if cpep checks down to brown more often, miami will move the ball and cpep will steadily gain yards...once in the red zone, i like his TD chances with chambers on the field.

I don't think he will have a season anywhere as good as 2004, because Chris Chambers is not Randy Moss.
