Henry Again?

Just heard something on the radio about Henry doing something else illegal... I didnt catch it all and I cant find anything on the internet.
Anyone else hear anything?

Haven't seen, heard, or read anything on it yet. Makes me think it's either rumor or hasn't been officially released yet.
