This is a video of a guy who shares his perspective on the religion of Islam and what society thinks of it. I happen to know this guy, and he's very open-minded and intelligent.
Its about 5 minutes long so please if you have some spare time take a look.
Tell me any points you agree with or disagree with and we can discuss.
If he has a point to get across, he should try to not be so annoying. All it seems to me is he is incapable of stringing two sentences together. Notice the cut inbetween each sentence. And with that voice and lisp, it's like listening to Mike Tyson talking, except he's not going to eat my babies.
I'll try to finish listening to it, but I'm only a minute in and already to the point of not wanting to....
9/11 my friend, 9/11. I know not all muslims are terrorist, but they were muslims. How can one who follows christ kill his neighbor? It happens in all religions. Don't try to deny what Muslims did on 9/11. This guy hasn't made one valid point and he's been vague and hasn't given specific examples of what he's saying.
And besides, his voice is annoying and so is the editing.

Agreed. I'll be the first to admit that the media distorts the truth. I dont think most intelligent people find anything wrong with Islam, just the extremists that distort the truth.
I haven't even watched the video but I can guess that the point he is trying to make is that the rest of the Muslim community doesn't regard the 9/11 and other "Muslim" terrorists as true Muslims.
I'm sure most Christians around here would like to disassociate Christianity from Hitler for the same reasons. To many people there is a substantial difference between claiming to follow a religion and actually doing so...
