What is up with the high pitch noise at the start oof every play? its on fox is it doing that on all the games?

have to say it...bush isn't looking too bad, 43 all purpose yards (30 rushing yards a 6 per carry not bad) and 23 punt return yards...been used alot more then duece already, figured it would take more then the first game to say that? duece over already? or is this just a glimpse of bush for everyone?
