At least Green Looked good

Ahman Green getting over 100 yards against arguable the best D in the NFL on his first non preseason game back after injury is nice.

Thats about all that was nice in that game. Horrible blocking, linemen stepping on favres feet, pathetic pass D.

The Run D didnt look bad, but those safties and corners need to step it up. Manual got burned big time on that first TD by the bears.

About 40 of those yards were when the Bears were in prevent defense....but he ran hard, which is the important thing.

I'm sure McCarthy will turn it around. I mean, look what he did as OC in San Fran last year.....

:~( :~(

I refuse to hold out any hope until I hear a reasonable explanation as to why we hired the worst coordinator in 2005 as our head coach.

He was Favre's Quarterbacks coach, and the #1 priority for hiring a coach was hiring someone Brett was comfortable with, so that he'd stay this season.

As soon as Favre retires, this guy's outta there.
