im better than this

Postby Guru13 » Mon Sep 11, 2006 2:54 pm

just kinda ranting here.

only one of my teams looks like it'll win this week. harumph.

im losing 92ish to 33ish in one league with lt and kaeding about to lose to a 10 year old, this is degrading.

im winning by like 9 in another league but he has LT, game over.

there's more than that, but that's all that I feel like talking about.

im better than this I know I am, I guess ive just got the shanks this week, this sucks, makes for a real long week.

heh, and this was my pathetic lineup for the team that has 33 points and needs to make up like 60.

delhomme :-P :-t
roy williams :-P :-t
mason :-P :-t
LT (come on baby!)
parker, pretty good this week.
watson :-P expected atleast a td with branch out.
droughns :-P absolutely pathetic. :-t :-t :-t
kaeding (come on!)
Tampa Bay :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-t :-t :-t

I know it sucks losing the first week , but it sucks even worse if you lose the second week.

Call em as I see em!

Rarely does a team go undefeated, so now you don't have to worry about all the added pressure :-b Go out and win the rest ;-D

Carson Palmer sealed my fate this week. :~(

I had a really upsetting week as well. If things wouldve played out how they were "predicted" I wouldve won every one. But that is nto the case and I ended up losing alot . Studs underpeformed this week, I HATE that.

Haha, you think that's bad?

I started Jake Plummer in 3 leagues. That worked out well.
Started Eddie Kennison over Antonio Bryant :-t
Started Washington DEF in 2 leagues. Thanks for the one sack. :-t
Chris Chambers netted me a whole 2 points. :-t
Ben Watson netted me a whole 2 points. :-t
Mike Vick scored 20 points... on the bench. :-t
Shaun Alexander gets me a whopping 5 points. :-t
The Tampa DEF scored me 1 point.. Yippee! :-t
In one of my leagues, my opponent could've almost beat me with the Bears defense and Wilkins, his kicker. Oh, in the same league I had to start Rod Smith and JOEY GALLOWAY instead of Steve Smith and TJ Houshmandzadeh because of injury. :-t
Down by 10 points currently with Lamont playing.. looks like I'll lose that one. :-t

So far it looks like the only league I'll win in out of five is a yahoo public league.

Well, I DO know how you feel. I got beaten in close matches in my leagues. I dont give a damn about that. BUT, this is all Ive got to say about the team in my sig:

League MVP. Coming off probably the most prolific season ever had by an offensive skill player, playing the Detroit Lions. 0 points.

Top 10 projected RB. Playing a team whose LBs are getting shot by off duty police officers. 0 points.

Watching your bench RBs accumulate 22 points, while your fantasy football team is behind by 21... Priceless.

There are some things strategy, research and knowledge cant attain.

Thanks to eagles21 for the awesome sig :)
