I guess here's a lead:
http://www.tickco.com/Map/Tickets.aspx?pid=374555
I know the prices are ridiculous, but on this short notice there may not be a lot of other options.
I'd try stub-hub first tough. Their prices are usually, how shall I say it, less outragious.

Just show up at the staduim someone is always scalping tickets at least they are at FedEx field.
If you haven't, check ebay. I also know that the parking passes use to be easy to replicate

well there probably will be scalpers, but the tickets could cost a fortune if you try to get them from scalpers.

eventually people will want to get something for them though...not sure what a typical Eagles ticket runs...but i'd guess you could find something for $100 a piece or less from a scalper
I've never bought scalped pro tickets, but i have many times for college games. If you hang around a scalper till just before kick off or even after kick off you can get 'em pretty cheap, they'll take what ever they can get.
