2nd Sig, Maroney.... what do you think?

This is my second sig ever so any insight would be great. Also the filesize ended up being too big to be displayed in my sig, so any tips on how to compress the file without lowering the quality too much would be welcome

Any pointers/critiques are welcome, Gimp Doesn't have very much in the way of font options. All the different fonts I tried made it look like cow dung so I just gave up. (edit) just noticed the logo looks like junk after I Lowered it to cafe limits... does anyone have a decent U of Minny logo cut out?

first off...you gotta move that text off the outside of the sig...try to have it not touching the edges.

second of all...add a border. even a simple black 1 pixel one is good, as long as there is something.

the pic of portis in the BG blends a little too well...i really had to look hard to see what was going on there.

other than that minor stuff...great lookin second sig.

im not familiar with GIMP software, so im not sure how to compress it to cafe size..if you want me to do it for you, just let me know.

Figured out how to compress it, I havent had a chance to touch it up beyond that but I'm gonna give it a shot later.

Are you serious?!? It's his second sig, and I personally think he did a pretty good job with it. A couple things could be improved, but don't come here telling people that their sigs are ugly.
