Im the commish of a league and have already given this site out to all the members as well as all of my friends.. How do I start collecting the various symbols beside my profile??

Somebody with way too much time. Wait, that is slander to all of us. We have too much time, but we don't do that. Another modifier is needed, and I can't decide whether it should be pervert or idiot.
