Mike Turner,Whats his value.Is he this years LJ.

I've never been very impressed actually watching Turner but he always seems to put up the numbers so I'm not really sure what to think.

Talent wise I don't think he's anywhere near LJ and I can't fathom him landing in a situation comparable to the one LJ found himself in last year.

The thing is, I don't even consider him that valuable of a backup. The valuable handcuffs are decent-good RBs in great systems. When you put LJ (superb RB) in the KC system (Superb) you get a fantasy beast who was formerly a backup. When you put Turner (good RB) in the SD system as a starter (bad system) you get a mediocre RB3 at best. LT creates for himself, I don't think Turner can do that. If LT goes down that entire offense is going to flop against all but the bad defenses. The same goes for Turner if LT goes down.

there is only one LJ. and there is not a situation that is similar this year. these threads are out of control.

Yeah but I'm hoping all this hype will have the guy who picked him up in our league will start him next week (he doesn't even have LT)

SD system as a starter (bad system)

Personally I think this is a myth. Seems like every RB that's stepped in there the last few years has had great success. I think the SD running system right now is quite underrated due to the talent of LT.
