I took him as my first pick w/ LT still on the board. It's beginnig to look like I screwed myself on that one! Not even one TD yet! Am I worried too early or should I be considering some type of trade for more consistency in the future while his value is high?

I may be a homer, but if you're going for consistency, go for LT. His upside for a monster game is just as high as LJ in any given week, but given SD's focus on the running game, and the fact that Rivers can make the plays if given the chance, opens things up for LT to be very consistent.

Right now I don't see the Damon Huard as any kind of threat to opposing defenses, so I'd say most teams are keying on LJ. He'll still do well, but I'd put my money on LT.

Edit: Looking back on your question, I misread that you had already picked LJ. Don't worry about him, he should have a great season, and I don't think you have anything to worry about. He's still a stud, just not as big a stud as LT.

Im thinking exactly the same now. Shoulda got LT with my #1. Well, we just started, so I hope LJ will change my mind.

I've been on the LT bandwagon for a while. LJ IS a stud. But I didn't think he could keep the pace he had last year. KC doesn't have an awesome passing game (with Green) and RBs are much easier to gameplan than anything else. They're too 1 dimensional as a team (says the Bears fan)

SA was my pick for reliable scoring, and LT was my pick for best chance of huge scoring. So of course, I ended up with Tiki as those 3 were long gone.

I had LT last year and loved him. He and LJ were available at pick 3, which I was. I wished as soon as I picked LJ I had gone w/ LT instead. That grows each week. LJ has awesome yardage, but no TD's. That really hurts in points. Maybe it will look up. You think?

But you will anyway? It was a tough call, as my drafts got closer and the rumblings of O-line troubles in KC I moved him to third. But the only reason I had LT as #1 was because of the schedule for SA. I thought he would be the one who wouldn't play much weeks 15-16. The way the season is starting I have to wonder if LT will get a light load those weeks.

I think once Green returns LJ will start to become more productive, consistantly scoring TDs. GL
