Ohhh my God!! my worst loss ever!!

Postby the rusty trombones » Mon Sep 18, 2006 10:59 pm

I just loss 121.65 to 121.70 in my game!!

I went in with a 7 point lead and he needed 7 points from PITT D.....and he got exactly 7 points!!!!

If jacksonville would have gotten that interception in for a Td I would have won!!

first and goal from the 2 and they take a knee.....dammit why couldnt he have got in when he ran it back!

I feel sick

whats the chances they adjust the final score in my yahoo league and I win?

if not I am 0-2.........

I wanna kill someone right now

Deep Breaths man, Deep Breaths.

The Season's still young. I went 0-3 for the week, my money league team is 0-2, and you know what? I'm not freaking. (Well, actually, I already did, but I'm better now.)

You draft as best you can and field the best lineup you can. The rest is out of your hands.

Have a drink. Take a Walk. Kick the dog (No, don't do that. :-t ) It won't seem so bad tomorrow when you're hitting the WW looking for that next gem.

Just be cool. B-) It'll work out.

Relax about the INT...it wouldn't have counted against the Pittsburgh defense anyway, since they weren't on the field.

That sucks though.

Uh....points are points....no matter how they're scored. If the JAX defense scores, it does count against the PIT defense.....

No, they're not. At least not on Yahoo, which is what I believe the OP plays.

Take the Week 1 Buffalo-NE game. Check Buffalo's Week 1 stats--they are credited with 17 points allowed, not 19, because they didn't give up the safety. Similarly, the New England D is credited with 11 points allowed...they didn't give up Fletcher's fumble-recovery touchdown. They do get docked for the extra point.

Maybe the extra point is all that the rusty trombones needed (I doubt it; isn't 7-13 points the category?), but the basic fact is, you aren't starting a team, you're starting a defensive unit.

no......if they would have gotten a touchdown it would have been an extra 7 points allowed by the Pitt defense and he would have lost points for this

and I would have won
