Chad should be more visible, especially his face, and maybe you could do more with the text than overlay it.

Chad looks distorted...I also agree that you should do something to lighten his face up.

overall i think its pretty good. Maybe it's just me, but it really looks like chad is too blurred and out of focus, like i need glasses or somthin, maybe sharpen him up a bit.

It's good, but I think he is too close up . That is the only problem I see.
