I'm turning a new leaf

I've come to the conclusion, that all this analysis and would'a could'a should'a is what make me miserable come mondays.
I'm not gonna analyze the team anymore, cause I think watching the game it becomes glaringly obvious, and stating the obvious it not something that shows intelligence. No paper bag challenges, to depressing, i'm down with humor but finger pointing and blaming well it's just not gonna solve anything from a FANs perspective.
Football is fun and that's the bottom line. I wait 6 freaking months for a shred of football, and now it's here, the Skins suk, i'm not gonna let it ruin my fun.
I like going to the games, I like partying in the parking. i like cooking excellent food on away games game day. i like hanging with my friends and watching football. 2 weeks have passed me by analyzing and wishing but not anymore. i've turned a new leaf.
Football for Football's sake.

Besides like the old mantra of the redskins yester year,

I agree totally. Some friends thought I would be so pissed and angry and an asshole after the game but hey if we suck, we suck. I love watching and going to the games, the loyalty is what it's about. I still cheer them on at the bar or the game, but I won't overthink every play and decision. HTTR

\Party on Jim. it's really cool to see the players just moving on, they're not nearly emotionally down like the fans are. it's their life we just vicariously live it on sunday.

Everyone wants to see the Skins win and is passionate about them because, as the best known and most followed team in DC, they represent Washington DC in a strange way. Same reason for the Boston fans being all over the Sox, or Pittsburgh fans being crazy about the Steelers. So we can't just sit back and watch the Skins get pounded and relax, I suppose.

well, it would be easy to preface this by saying it was the texans, the worst D in the league.

but really brunell did a remarkable job getting the ball out to receivers and not tossing it to the ground like he usually does. while his yardage numbers are heavily padded by the YAC his completion percentage is awesome.

I also think that this was more decesion making on his part more so than the mighty saunders playbook. it seemed about 50/50 on pure plays to dishing to the open man.

A win is a win and i'm happy this was a convincing victory.
