Luckily for Charlie Weis, besides USC, the rest of the ND schedule is a cake-walk. There isn't anybody who should even be able to contend with them.

That was a great game. I got back from a game and turned on the tv and there were 8:00 left. I watched it all and it seemed like a great game. The Irish snuck by in a close one!

I have different standards as to what makes a game great, I guess. Watching a team implode and choke up a huge lead does not make a game "great." It was awful, I thought.

It was definitly one of the most "self destruct" games I've ever seen. You could tell the whole stadium was stunned when the Irish picked it off, and the clock ran out. Crazy.

I guess it depends on what side you are on, as an irish fan it was "great", if i was a state fan i would say it was awful

Being a fan of the team that won would change your point of view, I'm sure. As an unbiased third party I thought it was an ugly game played in crummy conditions.

I give a lot of credit to the Irish for hanging in there and not giving up or getting disheartened when they were down big. It's easy under those conditions to just hang it up and regroup, but they made the plays and won.

But man, how much must it suck to be a Spartan fan right now? 8-o

yea that was definatly a terrible game, it would have been a great game if ND had really stopped state with great defense, and not them stopping themselves.
