At this point, he's probably Tennessee's best bet at QB.

Emergency backup QB = QB#3

QB1- Collins
QB2- Young

Not that unusual to have a WR as the emergency backup for a team that is only carrying 2 QBs.. Rod Smith might be the emergency backup QB in Denver for all we know.
