I really don't think they will fire him for quite awhile now, I think this team will be good next year if they land a top 3 pick. There is Quinn and Smith who could play QB and then they will be good. there is no doubt that DET has talented receivers with Roy and Williams and a talented young RB in KJ. I just think this team is horrid this year, and may not even win 4 games. Kitna is OK at best, I don't think he is good enough to work with Martz. I see Millen staying on board for about 5 more years.

Lions owner William Clay Ford cannot live forever, so there will come a time that Millen will be fired. Everything this guy has done turned into a joke. Everything. From drafting poorly, to over-paying FAs who come to town and play like dogs, to hiring a hardass coach after he's filled the team with pansies. An absolute joke. I love being a Lions' fan.

I think the problem is Millens draft picks. It's great to get 3 wr's with your number 1 pick. But when you don't address any other positions, the results are clear.
