Why am I doing so badly?

Postby kibitzer788 » Sun Sep 24, 2006 6:54 pm

This is killing me, my team had the highest projected point total in my Yahoo league, and the actual results are terrible.

QB is Warner, RBs Mcgahee and Brown, WRs Fitz, Wayne, and Sa. Moss, TE Crumpler, K Rackers, Def Carolina.

I'm getting killed, its ridiculous

I feel your pain. I started Warner, Fitz and Wayne. Wayne has yet to get a TD this season.

I'm really wishing Reggie Wayne would score. My god, he's getting tons of yards and ZERO looks in the end zone.

What kills me is I have Anquan Bolden in a league and he gets yards and no TD's either, and the league where I score 1 for every 10 yards receiving I have Fitzgerald who scores but doesn't get as many yards as Anquan. So I understand your pains with Reggie Wayne, oh his brother was killed today just to let you know I'm sure he'll have a breakout/tribute game for him soon.... This was a BAD fantasy football day for me too.

Right now I have 34 points. My projected point total was 76. What. The. Heck.

Not really true. He had a TD called back by penalty last week and has had 3 catches this year where he got tackled inside the 3. He will score, dont worry.
No drafts yet.

poorly. you are doing poorly.

my suggestion: booze it up.

i'm 0-3 in my main money league. i killed 'em last year. started off like 10 - 0. nobody paid me either. chumps. so we paid up front this year. and i probably won't make the playoffs. come on LT. come on.

One of my teams is really similar to the original poster and it too is doing horribly and sitting at 0-3. One main culprit of low scores is Carolina's D. It is playing nowhere near its ranking and can't stop anyone. A whopping 1 point is not what I expected when I drafted Carolina's DST.

I also seem to be suffering from a rash of ZEROs from my WR group. But smart me, I benched Walker and Galloway. And now I've got to deal with injuries to Alexander AND Gore on this team.
