I like it! The only thing I would do is to darken up right in front of his helmet. That bright spot is a little too much IMHO.

I love the colors and how he's blended into the background and the motion like thing you have going in the sig. However, I'd add a border that's more distinct maybe white or something like that. I can't exactly tell if there's a border. As for the text, something more modern/techish is good but text isn't that great. I'm not good either so yeah...

I suggest also making the the Portis render easier to see cuz it looks a bit blurry to me. Otherwise,

nice lookin sig....cool effects. the only thing i dont really like is how well the right side of him blends with the BG...especially on the helmet. text is ok, though i would make "clinton" a bit smaller.
