Sep 25 Updating previous reports, ESPN's John Clayton reports Seattle Seahawks RB Shaun Alexander (foot) may miss four to six weeks of action due to a broken bone in his foot. With the Seahawks having a Bye during Week 5, it is possible he could miss just three games.

The owner in my league has maurice morris handcuffed to him. I wonder if mack strong is worth a pickup. ANyone know who will get the GL carries now?

They haven't promoted from the practice squad yet.

Weeks would be a likely candidate. But he's 5-10 and 214 lbs which is only about ten pounds on Morris.

Strong looks to be short yardage. It's a shame that Leonard Weaver isn't available.
