The stadium lights are just kinda random without really seeing any other part of them. Some more details to the bg wouldn't hurt and I'm not feeling the Smith text at all.

Pretty good, the one thing that was completely eye popping for me had to be the SMITH text, first thing i would do is throw that text away and it should help quite abit.......overall good job.
