Yahoo Add/Drop help

My question is about timing. Is there a certain time, ie.. before, after, or during a game that a player can be added on Yahoo?

I thought it was only before or after that person has played for the day but my commisher says you can add/drop while that person is playing.

Is he incorrect??

This question was asked literally last night.

You can drop a player that is PLAYING for you this week the night after he played at 3 or 4 AM EST (I forget which at this point).

You can drop a player on your bench, even if he is currently playing this very second while you're slamming refresh on your browser, whenever you want.

You can add any player at any time unless they are on waivers, assuming that you have room in your roster to do so.

I think you can add a player that's playing, but you obviously wont be able to start him. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
