Is this scored as a D/ST TD?

For instance, this weekend the Colts returned a punt for a TD. Should the Colts D get 6 points for that? Thanks.

Only if your league counts Special Teams with the Defense. Most leagues just have Defense without using special teams along with it. I would venture a guess as to say that it wont count for Indy's defense if they return a punt, but you should look up your league settings and see what it says.
