No Sunday Night Game!

Looks like the only way we're gonna see any tackling on Sunday night is if the Angels pitcher starts throwing chin music at Bonds & Co.I'm invisioning a bench-clearing brawl,one in which there's sure to be a tackle.That's the closest we're gonna get.Sure there's all kinds of red tape involved here as World Series Game 2 replaces Sunday night football.I could see maybe watching a game 7(I'd flip channels back-n-forth during football commercials)but i'd rather watch any NFL match-up over a World Series game 2 anyday.Just some thoughts,we still got Thanksgiving Day!

plus theres nothing like a brawl in the World Series to start some bad blood.

One day soon the marketing department of the NFL will realize that they are the best ticket on TV anytime they want to be. World series, extra innings... I'd switch to the NFL game even to watch the Bengals.

I couldn't agree more. I think Peter King said it best in his Oct. 14 Monday Morning Quarterback: "there was no way anyone who likes both games could watch baseball over football." And that includes the World Series in my opinion.

NFL any day (fair weather b-ball fan here, Twinkies were there, but now I could care less)
But, Methinks I will be givving up remote to wife !! (all around b-ball fan)

Doesnt matter what we think anyway, the almighty dollar controls the waves, and series is huge revenue nationwide
