Obviously not an ace receiver, but I think he has the potential to be a solid third option (ideally) on a team. Favre looks for him a lot, he beat out Walker in the first week of camp, so it seems obvious who the coaching staff thought was the better player. Thoughts on what type of production???
I was big on the guy coming in and had him on a lot of teams. He's gone in all them except one extremely deep league. Talent wise he's got great potential, no question, but when you hit October and guy has yet to play an entire game, in an offense that is far from hitting on all cylinders, it's time to look for another option IMO. He's a better WR than Walker, with an extra year in the system, but Walker actually takes the field and plays 4 quarters.
He could do well against Seattle tomorrow. Or he could leave in the 2nd quarter after getting hurt and get you 0 points. The latter is most likely, and I'd sooner gamble on Nate Burleson tomorrow than Robert Fergeson.
