I thought maybe with all the yap he has made and his (the woman i would divorce asap(personal)) have made. Where he might go and where he might fit in. Could we see him go to Cleveland, Carolina, Cinn, SD, or any off the struggling teams? Or is he all washed up and done with and just get cut for the offseason. The next few weeks might be interesting for him and maybe STL if the end up trustin Bulger (like they should). Just thought I would throw out the thread to see what people thought might be the future for the Warner guy.
Mike
P.S
I know the team that has him is going to have to be able to afford him.
I say send his a@# home Warner is washed up.Warner has taken to many hits in his career and i think his time is up.If i had to choose a team where Warner might end up I think it would be Baltimore.

It wouldn't surprise me if he worked full-time in the church rather than on the football field next year. That's not a slam on religion, and not a knock on his passion for football, but I'm sure he feels pretty down right now due to his current playing status.
I say he retires and moves on in life. I definitely don't see him playing with anyone as a backup. It's as a starter or he's done.

We all know Warner's salary and cap restrictions won't make this possible til 2004. So teams will re-evaulate at the end of the year. I think the Bears at something like 2-14 with some talented receivers would be a great candidate for him. Personally, Warner just doesn't look right to me, but I don't think that'll stop a desperate Bears team to try to do something to save face, especially with a new stadium featuring a lot of empty seats.
... in my opinion, of course - but that should always go without saying.

I really think that Kurts days as a starter in the NFL are done. I didn't get to see him play during the preseason but everybody said he looked good then. But once the season started he just looked confused out there on the field. Some very bad decisions and sluggish play there in week one. That could be from his concussion that he got or didn't get who knows but all in all he looked like a$$. I could see a team like the Bears picking him up though and giving him another chance. They couldn't do any worse with Warner than they have will Stewert.
