Wouldn't consider your season over when only 1/3 of the season has been played. I'm currently sitting at 1-3 in one of my money leagues but I still expect to make the playoffs. Chances are, you just got unlucky. You could go back and win 4 games straight just as easy as you lost 4.
I have an 0-4 team also. Same team that won the league championship last year! I guess it depends on your league size and how many make the playoffs. In the league I'm in, I will need to pull out about 8 in a row. This is a pretty competitive league to with all members returning from last year. I seriously think I'm out and now trying to trade J Horn for a rookie draft pick. Hoping one of the playoff teams will need a little WR help down the stretch.
Depends on your league. Last year I started out 0-3 but only one team was 3-0. I built my record up to 4-4 and then Holmes got hurt and LJ, who was on my bench, become a monster and I finished the season on a 10 game win streak and the title. I wouldn't throw in the white flag yet, but this next week is a MUST WIN!!!!
His team isn't horrible just needs a little help. You NEED a better QB, and I would try and trade Gore. His value is at a low right now but, there is always some sucker in every league.
Look at you points total. If you are not in the top third of your league then it is time to panic.
Conversely I am in a league, King Of The Jungle, in which my conference has only one team that is 0-4. But he has the third or fourth best scoring in the league. He should get it together and make a playoff run. But if you aren't scoring, you aren't winning.
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?
