Who can veto trades in your league?

Does each owner have a vote when the trade is accepted?

OR

Is the trade between the two owners and no one else's business. The Commish only steps in if he thinks there is collusion?

In my league, only the Commish can veto a trade which he rarely does unless there is something fishy going. Stupid trades allowed. Nothing ridiculous, but hey, if an owner doesn't know the value of his players then that's his fault and it's really not the Commish's business unless he thinks there is collusion. The trade is between the owners. What is the general consensus on other owners chiming on trades?

Trades are between the owners.

Commish has the power to question a trade if it is suspicious for some reason.

Commish's procedure to question a trade is to submit the trade to an impartial review board made up of owners in ANOTHER league that have no stake in the outcome. That board can veto the trade and our owners are bound by the decision.

In 14 years in our league, only 1 time has this procedure been used.

In our 14 team league, we have a 5 pearson comittiee that has to approve/deny all transactions. We also have 2 alternates in case someone from the comittee is invloved in the trade. This takes some responsiblitiy off the comish (me).
