I think UGA might take this one as well. People are seriously downplaying the awful QB play they've had the last few games while Terishinski was out. The defense is still ranked in the top 4 in the nation.

Georgia's defense should be ranked first seeing who they have played:

Sep 2 Western Kentucky Won 48-12
Sep 9 @South Carolina Won 18-0
Sep 16 UAB Won 34-0
Sep 23 Colorado Won 14-13
Sep 30 @Mississippi Won 14-9

How do any of these teams justify UGA as having the no1 D? The best offensive team they've played is probably South Carolina, and that was played before they switched QBs.

My statement was based solely on stats. In other words, they have played such crappy teams, the defense should be ranked #1. I didn't mean they were #1 for real. Sorry for the confusion.
