Help a brother out(Sportsline users)

Don't know if this is the right forum....but
I often am unable to get to a computer early Sunday for gametime decisions.
There is a "Fantasy Football Companion" that allows you to do so thru your cell phone.
To start, the website says to text "ffc" to 22788
Everytime I did, I received a reply from CBS that says: "Sorry we didn't get ya. You texted "ffc". please try again.
Any users of this mobile tech or have any idea how to start it up.

What carrier are you using? I know the sportsline mobile add ons dont work with TMobile or Verizon yet.

cingular w/ a razor phone.
supposed to work in both cases.
I fear I'm not text-ing them correclty.
But I've tried it every possibe way.

I've never been able to get it to work.

I had it on verizon and pick'd it up through the verizon site from the phone. I don't know about cingular but it worked for me.
