Ronnie Brown top 5 RB?

Was Ronnie Bropwn a top 5 RB to begin the season? NO.

Has Ronnie Brown done anything to be called a top 5 back this year? NO.

Has Ronnie Brown done anything in fantasy since the first week? NO.

Values change during the season. Last year when priest went down was LJ's value still a 5th round value? I don't think so.

Would I have made this trade? No. Would I have vetoed the trade in a non keeper? NO. I think the deal basically is Droughns and Berrian for Brown. What has brown done to deserve more than that?
So they weren't the best...and may have ended the worst. SO WHAT!

That trade is so fair it is crazy to even complain about it.

Think before you post.

Wow..i'm kinda suprised that some of you think i'm mad because his team got better. The piece of info I should have added is that I had just gotten a deal done...Alexander for D. Mason and Steven Jackson and the commish rejected it because he said there wasn't enough given up for Alexander and his broken foot. Now how is that deal unfair and this other one not?? Tell me how?? I'd love to hear it.

Thats why you put your fantasy options to "leage vote"

We don't use an internet service. It's all paper...kinda old school.

What is the problem? Oh, I see. According to you this trade is unfair and thus should not be allowed. Maybe you should apply for the trade guru job at yahoo or cbs sportsline if you are so well versed in trade values. I mean obviously RB36 and WR5 is worth way less than RB10 and WR50...

Get over yourself pal. Let people manage their own rosters.

Yea..i'm mad because his team is better now. Wtfever. I've been in enough leagues to not get mad at another teams good fortune. This isn't the case.

You guys can think what you want but the commish is not handling things fair.

1. No kidding. Not my call.

2. See above. There was no reason for my trade to get vetoed and the other to not get vetoed.

1). Trade is fair.

2). Commish is still a moron for blocking YOUR trade.

First off...youre the "moron" here, not the commish...second...League Vote NEVER WORKS, no trades ever go through because of idiots like you...lets analize this trade shall we...

R. Droughns (Cle - RB) SUcks
B. Berrian (Chi - WR) Flash of the pan? who got another 90yds and a TD today...5 straight weeks of awesome games is the real deal...not a flash

for

E. Kennison (KC - WR) (sucks)
R. Brown (Mia - RB) sucks this year...he's no better than Droughns..

my opinion is its a VERY fair trade...if anything the team getting Berrian got the better end of the deal, he's the only good player of the bunch....

While I'm not going to stoop to name-calling for no reason at all, I agree with the general idea of this. But I also agree that your trade should have been allowed as well. It's hard to be commish, someone is always going to be upset. I had to allow a trade the other day that was fair, but on the surface appeared to help one team and hurt another. I had the usual round of complaints, especially when one of the players outproduced his usual stats today. I felt bad for the guy that got beat, but that's the name of the game. Timely trades are what make a team. Complain further about your trade, but don't say the trade at hand isn't fair.

Yeah, you're trade should have been allowed, but this one is quite fair.

If you didn't want to get flamed, you should have said your commish was an idiot for vetoing your trade, not for allowing this one.

I had said before, I should've mentioned that too. It was the root of the whole thread. I spontaneously posted this as soon as it was accepted.

lol..As for getting flamed, I really could care less. Especially the ones that stoop to name calling or essentially call me stupid. It's a internet forum for cryin' out loud. Pretty sure life goes on (well..I won't speak for all of you).
