Where can I go each week to see who is ranked as the top defenses and/or offenses??

you can go to nfl.com and click stats - then you can sort through all kinds of defenseive and offensive rankings

Each Tuesday they update the Defensive and Offensive stats for each team for both passing and rushing yards allowed and gained, TD's allowed and gained by passing and rushing per game, and their NFL rank in each of those categories.
